Rob Bennett is an associate at Powers Miller specializing in personal injury litigation, insurance litigation and vehicle law. As a law student he clerked for several civil litigators, gaining valuable experience in personal injury and civil litigation.
Clients appreciate Rob’s steadfast commitment to educating and informing them about the legal process as they are experiencing it. “An individual who is being sued has typically not been through the process before, so it’s satisfying not only to position them for a successful result but also to guide them so that they feel properly represented,” says Rob.
He places a high value on collaboration with staff and co-counsel, which he says allows him to “pull from different perspectives and also from many more years of experience.”
From 2009 through 2016, Rob served as an attorney coach for the El Camino High School Mock Trial team in the Sacramento County Mock Trial Program. He is an avid fan of Boston sports teams, especially the Red Sox. Rob resides in Elk Grove with his wife, Veronica, daughter, Lucia, and son Benjamin.
