Robert F. Bennett, Jr.
Robert F. Bennett, Jr., is an associate at Powers & Miller. Since joining the firm in 2009, Rob’s practice focuses on defending individuals and companies in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and general personal injury actions. Mr. Bennett is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted in the Eastern, Central, Southern and Northern Districts of the United States District Court of California.
Rob grew up in Napa, California, attended California State University, Chico, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and then relocated to Sacramento. While attending Chico State, Rob was the director of the County Jail Law Project, an undergraduate internship where he directed a team of interns providing the local community with legal information. In 2008, Rob earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Rob clerked for several civil litigators in Sacramento County gaining valuable experience in many areas of civil practice.
When not distracted during the baseball season by the Boston Red Sox, Rob volunteers for the local county high school Mock Trial competition, working as an attorney coach and scorer of trials. Rob currently resides in Elk Grove.
