Biography

Ethan Zertucha is an associate at Powers Miller specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense. Ethan joined the firm in 2023.

Ethan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law where he participated in the mock trial program and was an editor at the prestigious American Journal of Criminal Law. Prior to graduation Ethan volunteered with two separate public defenders. Following graduation, he then served as an Assistant Public Defender in Sacramento County. His work with the Sacramento Public Defender's Office includes completion of two jury trials to verdict.
