Gordon Bowley has a long record of success in the areas of insurance defense and related litigation. His practice focuses on defending individuals and companies in actions involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability, and public entity liability.
Gordon has tried several civil cases in California Superior Court and has successfully argued before the California Third District Court of Appeal. He has also represented parties in numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations and at mediations.
Gordon, a Sacramento native whose father was an attorney, has worked in the law profession since he was a teenager, having held virtually every position a law firm has to offer. Clients turn to Gordon because of his calm and even-keeled approach to even the toughest legal problem, his sense of humor, and his caring yet aggressive approach to serving clients.
"It's so satisfying when you can call a client and let them know that everything is going to be okay," says Gordon. He is also proud of the relationships the firm has built across the profession over the years. "I think we've demonstrated that winning cases and maintaining professional friendships within the industry can go hand in hand."
Gordon lives in Elk Grove with his wife and two children who keep him busy cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines of swimming and soccer events.
