Jim Miller has been selected as a 2022 Northern California Super Lawyer for personal injury defense. Jim is one of 11 Northern California lawyers listed as a Super Lawyer in the practice area of personal injury general – defense and one of only three attorneys from the Sacramento area. Selection as a Super Lawyer is completed by peer nominations and evaluations combined with independent research. Each Super Lawyer is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection of Super Lawyer is limited to 5% of practicing attorneys in the state.
When asked what being named a Super Lawyer meant to him, Jim said, “I am honored to be recognized as a personal injury defense Super Lawyer. The acknowledgement is a result of all the hard work on my cases from my partners, associates and assistants. I have had the same legal assistant for 15 years, my partners have worked with me from 12 to 16 years and an associate has provided valuable work up on my files for over 10 years. In addition to being a Super Lawyer, Jim is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. He has lived in Northern California for almost 30 years and he and his wife have spent the last 21 years living in Placer County. They have two teenage daughters, one a sophomore in college and the other a sophomore in high school.
